By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Our products

Our jewellery is made from stainless steel with 18k gold plating and is water resistant. We make every effort to show our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and small variations between pieces are normal.

3. Personalisation

When you order a personalised piece, you are responsible for the accuracy of the text you submit, including spelling and the choice of name or word. We reproduce your text exactly as submitted. Arabic calligraphy is an art form, so the final design may differ slightly from previews while keeping the same text.

We reserve the right to refuse personalisation requests that are offensive, unlawful, or that infringe the rights of others. If we refuse a request, we will refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

Prices are shown in the currency selected on our website and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery times, from the date of your order:

Personalised pieces: up to 12 business days
Non-personalised pieces: 5 to 9 business days

These times are estimates. Delays can happen due to carriers, customs, public holidays or weather, and are outside our control. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including our name, logo, designs, calligraphy, photos and text, belongs to Manzil al-Qalam or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Reviews and content you share

If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you allow us to use, display and share it on our website and social media in connection with our brand. You confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
